I have lived here at Orion for almost two years now. My primary complaints are about things outside the apartment itself. The first being their posted hours for things like the pool and front office. Those are more like GUIDELINES. And not even close ones. Consistently the pool is never opened until close to noon, though the sign says 10am. The office is locked up tight when I go to ask why, with no note whatsoever as to why. And this is even after they sent out a fresh memo on pool/office hours. Laughable. Maybe they cannot read their own memo?\r

Secondly, the parking if you live in the front of the complex is just awful. People from the other buildings will park there to be close to the gate, preventing people who actually live in the first
