We are relocating to Indianapolis and I had to deal with Bryant Co. because a rental we were interested in was listed with them. We were put in contact with the middleman for the middleman.. there is a genuine lack of initiative or concern on their behalf. I asked them to please directly ask the owner of the property if we could view it a few days earlier so my husband did not have to wait in town for three extra days (and on the weekend of Father's Day) and they refused to even ask. I called the owner (Doug Bryant) and listing agent directly after getting the runaround, and neither of them even returned my call. We are leasing for the first year of relocation and then, once familiar with the area, intend on buying. I can promise we will not be using Bryant Co!
