they sent me a preapproved letter for a loan. I called the number and it just gives me an automated message say not to hang up and reenter the number i am trying to dial. Then it says it is not a valid number. Citibank customer service also do not recognize this location. Is this a scam? Maybe, probably always confirm before responding with your information
