I was more impressed with Service Legends, in terms of their expertise and service, that I have been with anyone else that I've worked with. They really have exceptional personnel, and it's clear that whoever is responsible for hiring and training knows what they are doing. In fact, what sold me on Service Legends more than anything was just conversing with them. I read a lot of customer reviews, and subscribe to consumer reports, so I do a lot of research before selecting a service. With Service Legends, the proof is in the pudding.
I first brought them out last fall to investigate my furnace. They made an excellent impression, and so I had them back out in the Spring to check the air conditioner. Both appliances were going on 20 years, so I just had them install brand new units. I will say though, that before I decided to upgrade, Service Legends did a great job with the old ones. When a component was unacceptable, they would evaluate the problem with sophisticated equipment and show you the results. They would only repair or replace something once I was completely aware of what was going on. They make sure you understand the what, and also they why. They are also very patient when explaining things.
Ultimately, after they had informed me as to the condition of the old units, I decided to go forward with an upgrade. They then were able to provide the best possible equipment, from a quality as well as economic standpoint. Everything was top notch. It's a big improvement, there's no two ways about that. I am confident in their work, and know that if any issues do arise, they will take care of them. Service Legends are exemplary.
