For anything beyond a tire rotation or oil change, do not use this place. I took my car back three times for the same problem, paid over $600, and then was told my engine head was definitely... without a doubt... cracked. I took my car to another mechanic (CMC AUTO OF GRAND PRAIRIE). He replaced the 'new' radiator cap I purchased at Kwik Kar on my initial visit and my problem was magically solved. My head is not cracked and my car is not junk.\r

Granted, Kwik Kar refunded me $200 for the thermostat I didn't need, but to tell someone that their car is a throw-away when they haven't done a complete job on their diagnosis is outrageously irresponsible. It really could have cost me tens of thousands of dollars that I didn't need to spend.\r

Always get a second opinion... especially when dealing with this place.
