I've been seeing Dr. Rubens for six weeks now for chronic neck and scapula tightness and I just love my experience.
After seeing the traditional chiropractors, I swore off of chiropractic. I hated that if anyone touched my neck, my neck would get even tighter because it was expecting a forceful crack adjustment. Plus, after a year of treatment, I still felt like I needed an adjustment once a week.
So, I heard about Dr Rubens from a friend who had a great experience and I decided to give it a try. I really love it! I feel so happy and relaxed after each treatment. And Dr Rubens is a gem! He is so kind, warm, and compassionate and just such a pleasure to be in his vibrant presence.
