Fighting traffic at 5:00 pm I arrived at Rusty Eck Ford. It was well below zero w/ high winds, very cold. However I was very impressed that before I turned off my engine, I was greeted by Michael w/ a warm welcome to Rusty Eck Ford. I was shown several options that might work for me. They were most helpful to me and my wallet. Rusty Eck Ford has new customer for life in me. A true welcome in a car dealership. I felt that they truly wanted to take care of me.
