I rented a supposed furnished unit from owner Rita and Jim. What I found was a broken hot water heater, chairs that were broken when you sat in them, a ref. that didn't keep food cold, and broken window latches, among other things. The place was dirty and I cleaned it.
This was the good part. Upon fixing everything up, and caring for this better than anyone, these two owners had the never to keep half my security. BEWARE when dealing with these people. I have to take the time to take them to court, with witnesses, and find them to be the most unprofessional realtors and owners I have ever come across. I would highly suggest taking your money and business elsewhere
