We have followed Chef Shannon since his days at Waxy O'Connors, and just recently found him at Bash Cafe...he is amazing with comfort food, beautiful paltes, food people want and manages to sneek in his New Orleans flair everywhere he goes. I had the ribs and they are out of this world, and my husband had his Etouffee Ravioli's that where the special of the night - WOW - didn't even think of that being possible...we truly enjoyed this meal and the service was inpeciable. The end to this outstanding meal was a flourless chocolate cake - OMG - it was sinful...we will be back as often as possible.
