Get a second opinion before getting major work done with this company. We are senior citizens and were told that we need a new AC or expensive repair work...not true! We got the other opinion and saved a lot of money. Also, don't take their advice on the independent opinion source since they had a conflict of interest with the company that was recommended. We were also warned that seeking that opinion would void our contract with them...too bad...we would have been ripped off grandly!
