I have had this service (and I use the word lightly) for almost a year now and I keep asking myself the SAME question. WHY? Why am I paying more for less? Why is the phone always off? Why is browsing the web almost impossible? Why is it that when I call for technical help (laugh here) they know less than my 6th grader? Why was I stupid enough to get hooked into this @#%& contract? And the million dollar question....WHY IS THIS SORRY SERVICE ALL THAT IS PROVIDED TO THE MEN AND WOMEN IN THE ARMED FORCES? If you are going to make us chose between this and that other crap (dish) at least police them and make sure they're not taking us to the cleaners! Oh, and by the way, tonight is the season 4 premier of true blood. Guess what same @%#! as season 3 premier, service temporarily of the air!!!!!!! I'm so freakin' tired of that message! What I want to do to Baja (or as I like to call them ""Boo Hoo"") would land me on the FBI's 10 most wanted list!!!!
