Happy Customer I have been buying and servicing my vehicles at Toyota of Poway for 15 years and have only one complaint. I have to drive 20 miles to get to their store. They should be at 5 stars they deal with probably 5k customers a month so to only have 20 complaints on google for the past ten years is a great. I did notice that all the Unhappy customers had one thing in common they were unhappy because the service of their vehicle was not free. Just because they do not wish to lower their prices to match what you think you should pay does not make them a bad business. Those guys are not afraid to say what they think and do not hide on their computer
