Extremely Positive Experience I brought my defunct guitar workstation/pedal to Deltronics as an authorized Digitech repair center. It was unusable to me and I was devastated. I was greeted by a friendly girl at the counter who took standard information from me and gave me a receipt. I received a call the next day and Jim explained to me what the process was and what to expect. Ultimately, the problem I had never really surfaced while at Deltronics, but Jim worked with it for two weeks, providing me with regular status updates and advice throughout. I know he must have spent time on my unit based on the updates I received, but I wasn't charged anything above the $20 bench fee since he didn't do anything to fix it. It has been working fine since I got it back. In my experience, I would trust Deltronics with my repairs in a heartbeat. I consider Deltronics to be an honest shop based on my case.
