All of the ingredients are in hot plates, you just pick and chose what you want in your burrito and it is assembled and wrapped in what it seems less than 30 seconds. They LOAD the burrito with so much food that the worker had a hard time trying to seal and wrap it. Mine was so humungous that eating it was like a never ending experience.
Oh yeah I forgot to mention that this place is very cheap. It cost $5 for a drink and a meat, cheese, and egg burrito.
