I recently took a trip to Isle of Beads. Upon walking in I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. The owner was being extra chatty with another customer which was fine. I had a question after browsing for 10 or 15 minutes and not being able to find what I was looking for. Not only was she was riduculously RUDE in her response but she didn't even look up from what she was doing. To clarify I asked again and this woman actually acted as if I was bothering her. You'd think smaller establishments such as this would treat customers better. I wouldn't shop here again if they were giving merchandise away for free.\r
