When we called to ask questions, their manager was rude to my wife and made her cry. He gave her the runaround about the account and gave her the ""...be quiet, little woman""-treatment. Needless to say, my money is better spent with a company that has decent customer service. The economy is bad enough, I don't need my family having to deal with jerks WE are paying to do work.
