Do not buy the Groupon! - BAD SERVICE - My wife and I showed up for our scheduled appointment today and were told that we were scheduled an hour prior to when we showed up, therefore our Groupons had already been redeemed. News to us! They also said we were supposed to email them with our names and appointment times, but we were never told that. The staff, including the chiropractor, were not professional and automatically assumed we were at fault. He did tell me that he has had ""staffing issues"" recently. It was their mistake but we were made to feel like we had done something wrong. He refunded our money but he did not care that we had driven forty miles round-trip and had basically wasted an hour and a half of our time. They were confrontational and unpleasant. We went there to relax but he and his staff caused us stress and embarrassment. This office is very disorganized.and poorly managed. He is definitely not focussed on customer service. This was the worst experience ever! It looks like he is more interested in selling a lot of Groupons and LivingSocial deals than caring for customers. Disappointment is guaranteed. \r more
