I walked into the office at 90 John St after seeing an ad on CraigList that seemed very ridiculous. But it seems that Tony was able to get me that deal on the apt at 33 Gold and also lowered the price on it after negotiating on my behalf with the building management.
One thing i realized is that Tony actually cares about your situation. Obviously most realtors are very interested in commissions and who wouldnt be, right ? Everyone has to make a living. But Tony got me the apt and I dont know how he did it, but he got it for me at below market prices. Way below.
