I have been purchasing macs, components, ipads, ipods etc. for some time and have always experienced excellent service. The staff is knowledgable on mac applications and have always followed up with timely call backs and emails even for simple questions. I have never had to bring in any of my computers so I cannot rate their repair services but on the sales end I have been very happy.
