I came in for an estimate, which they did immediately, on the spot, while I waited. They made an appointment with me to do the repair, and they told me it would take three days. On the third day they called and said your car is ready!!! It looked great, and the price was exactly as quoted. They are a very busy shop and I had to wait two weeks for my appointment, but it was well worth waiting for. I got 6 estimates by the way, and they were right in the running. The estimates ranged from $100 lower than theirs (for a junky one man show shop) to hundreds of dollars higher than them at several other shops. All in all I was completely satisfied.
