This has got to be the worst Property management company I have ever dealt with. They approve you without looking into your income or references. They just want your application fee. I was told I was approved and then they put the llisting of the property back up. They want you to pay your security deposit before you see the place. You can never get ahold of them or they don't show up for appointments because they say they where sick but don't have the courtesy to call u to let u know so they where a no-show. Very Very unprofessional and they just want your application fee. Go with another company. There are some that return fee's if not approved. Those are honest companies. STEED PROPERTIES NOT HONEST!
