Ladies: Impeccable bathroom!
Now, that being said, I'd like to share my experience with you. I threw a bachelor party for my bass player. Richard gave me a great rate from 10am-1am. The man bent over backward to accommodate his guests and their needs. All day, he was there, setting up The Auditorium, to help the Little Rockers film crew. He stayed threw the night to set up for Skull & Roses, an incredible Grateful Dead tribute band. In between he was there for sound, video, lighting, and clean up. He let us use the parking lot for the table, chairs, food and drink. Anything I needed, he was there.
Richard and Don were on the job. The equipment is in excellent working order, the lights are groovy, the price is great, and there is plenty of parking. The location is also really convenient if you have people coming from Orange County, the Valley, the High Desert, and the South Bay.
