Kelly, the owner and decorator, is not reliable decorating your home. Met with her at my uptown home- she took measurements, copious notes on color and potential fabrics, etc. and then I never heard from her again. Left one message for her and she didn't respond. If she didn't want the job she could have called...I would have totally understood if she had a problem- not enough business ($) for her, she was too busy, or whatever..., but she just never called. It was so bizaree that I decided to look up her reviews on the internet and also told some friends at dinner what had happened. After reading the reviews and getting feedback from a friend of mine at that dinner who had a problem with her curtains and Kelly was mad about having to fix them, I'm so happy Kelly was unprofessional with me so I didn't end up wasting my time and money. There are many great decorators out there and you can still visit Probst &buy great fabrics without having to mess with Kelly.
