I just bought over $4,500.00 worth of furniture, to me that was alot, what salesman would not jump on this commission. Couch, love seat, recliner, coffee table, end table, kitchen table and TV intertainment stand. I picked out the furniture and when I went to make arrangements to pay they wanted to charge to deliver $120.00, extra. You would think that at least they could of done was offered free delivery after all this was a rather large purchase. NO WAY they don't give a bit( bought a TV at Paul's and they deliver for free and set it up too, great place) When it was delivered it was the wrong coffee table so I refused it. Then I got a call from a Lady who I couldn't understand asian broken english, to deliver the right table, I was thinking I would like another end table and asked if that was possible to order and have delivered she said NO WAY WILL NOT DO THAT, I must come into store so I can pay another $50.00 for delivery. It was like she did not or wouldn not sell me any more furniture. Then the next thing I knew she scheduled a delivery without telling me. I talked with this lady several times and I still don't know what she said. I was very unhappy with the sales people and the way they they charge for every little thing you would think in todays market they would treat a customer better. If you go here look for hidden charges and no cooperation. I will never shop here again. You want to feel special don't go to Easy Life. No deals here.
