I went to this salon because I had heard good things and couldn't get in to see my regular guy. When i walked in the, the front staff glared at me as if I wasn't allowed in there and were very rude, including the ""stylist"" who did my hair. A very tall blonde man wearing heavy makeup and pink nail polish. Avoid TRAVIS at all costs!! I informed whoever I spoke to on the phone about my hair and she gave me a price quote. Well TRAVIS ended up doing something different and didn't hide his displeasure that he was going to have to give me the price I was quoted. He ended up doing TWO chemical treatments on my hair, thus frying it. I asked for a trim on my very long, beautiful hair and just some side bangs. After 3 long hours of listening to this man talk on his cell phone, using vulgar language and acting annoyed about losing money, I left the salon with what I thought was good hair. NOPE!! It was TWO different colors and it was the horrendous haircut I've ever gotten. The layers were literally cut into stair-steps and looked like 3 different styles. Not to mention it is now extremely fried. I had to go my regular hair guy who was absolutely shocked and he had to do another chemical process and cut about 3 inches off my long hair just to fix it. I called and complained to KEITH who was very nice and took my number. The next day TRAVIS called me, was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! told me I was wrong about my haircut and that my usual stylist was being a ""b*tch"". I couldn't believe how rude he was. I was very polite and just asked for owner to call me. A week passed, no owner had called. i called AGAIN, told my story once more to a girl, who then took my number and said the owner would call in an hour. TWO weeks later, the owner whose name is CALEB never called!!! This is by far is the WORST treatment I've ever gotten, anywhere!!! I spent a LOT of money on my hair that was in healthy beautiful condition and lost it's softness and FOUR freaking inches of hair because of this moron named TRAVIS MORGAN!!! AND THE OWNER DOESN'T EVEN CARE! Avoid Ziyan at all costs and go to Insignia, they are awesome. Even my stylist knew of Travis and how he has a bad reputation. Horrible, horrible ""salon"" and I am reporting them to the BBB.
