I used Cosmopoliatan Coach for my \r
Prom Night. I had rented a \r
Chrysler 300 which fit up to 12 \r
people greatly. Though, I had a \r
really bad start being that the \r
limo company was late by a half \r
an hour (suppose to arrive at 7) Came at 7:34pm \r
and the fact that they did not \r
even contact me I had to contact \r
them didnt make such a great \r
impression on me on top of that \r
they send two drivers and my \r
Orignal Driver managed to come \r
seconds after the Second Driver \r
had came which me and the Owner had a laugh about.\r

However, When I entered \r
the limo it was clean, fully stocked with ice, soda, and cups, great sound system and had made my night alot better. My \r
limo driver name Roger (BEYOND \r
THE BEST LIMO DRIVER) made the \r
night so much better we had so \r
much fun and he tried his hardest \r
to get us at every destintion on \r
time and ALWAYS picked us up on \r
time. It was like i didnt even need to contact him when i came out of the place he was ALREADY there.\r
Though, the company had let \r
me down he definitely made my \r
night alot better and was very \r
polite, and respectable. He greeted all Parents, opened the doors all the time made sure we where safe wherever we went.\r

However the limo company did attempt to fix the problem after i called numerous times and refunded me for an hour of service. \r

Only recommend if Roger is the driver seriously he did a really good job.\r
Im giving Cosmopolitan 3 stars due to the lateness and the matter that noone attempted to call me unless i called them! On top of that everytime i did try to speak to someone they would talk right over me. But other than that I had a good night in my limo. \r
