Their service was terrible. Initially, we were visited by a sales rep very quickly. That is where the good ends. We waited months to get a spec on the wheelchair, they never billed the insurance, we were made promises that were never met. What response we did get was when we called and bugged them. They never called us to give us any status updates. The last straw was when we were told something they promised us was just a courtesy, so we shouldn't be upset that they couldn't do it. Then the sales rep never called us back. I strongly recommend going somewhere else, as that is what we are doing! more
