From an Owner's perspective this is the worst Property Management in the city. Their rates for repairs are unreasonable and getting any information from them for any reason is nearly impossible. I tried emailing and calling the Owner/Broker...and got no response. \r

They work things to their advantage with no regard to the owner. I am now at 60 days since the tenant moved out...and I still don't have the deposits refunded. \r

They make policy as they go along to suit the situation. And don't hold to anything they have confirmed...even if it is in writing.\r

Find someone else...anyone would be better!\r
