I had very long hair with subtle layering and went in for a trim. I left devastated with shoulder length hair with the worst choppiest layers of my life!! I could not believe my eyes when I saw what Nufo had done. To make things more interesting I called to complain, I came back and they 'ATTEMPTED"" to ""fix"" it. I STILL HATE IT! While my hair was being fixed Nufo (who'd ruined my hair) was allowed to sit in the chair next to me while I got it fixed glaring at me and bragging about what wonderful work he does and how many clients are allegedly ""pleased"" with him. :( DEVASTATING experience. If you like your hair, I suggest you take it elsewhere. It is going to take my hair years to grow back. :( I wish there were a zero star option. :(
