I heard from a friend that the Pilate Reformer classes reshape your body, but I was a bit skeptical until I tried Poway Pilates. Now I'm a believer! Jennifer is one of the best exercise instructors I've had because of her knowledge of the body. She tells us what we should be feeling and which muscles we should be engaging and when we should back off so we won't injure ourselves. I'm 40 something, will never look like Jennifer, but I love the class and how I feel. Another plus - you're lying down for most of the class. How cool is that!
