Blu's expertise in hair, all aspects from color to product, cut to blowouts is unmet by any salon in the Eugene area. I have never met any professional woman who raves about their stylist as those women who see Blu. When visiting Portland I have had men and women stop me to compliment and ask who did my hair. I have never been disappointed, in fact each and every time I get my hair colored, I'm absolutely WOW'ed all over again.
