I thougth I was doing a good thing by buying from a local merchant, rather than a large store, boy was I wrong. I purchased over $4000.00 worth of appliances from Dons. I was made to feel that I was always bothering them to help me with anything. Also, talked to one of the owners about bad customer service, he was also rude to me. They could care less. Next time I will take my business to a large store. Very sad!
