Had a great experience. It was my first time doing any sort of body work for a car, and naturally, being self-funded, the stress-level was a bit high. Nevertheless, Matt, Dave, and Judy (or Julie?) in the front office gave me the best experience I could have hoped for.
The payment arrangements were very good and the flexibility with which they were worked out really impressed me.
Dave & Matt were especially helpful in giving me timely feedback as to the progress of the work being done as well as were very helpful in attempting to mitigate further costs. I will definitely recommend.
