I have used this service before with great results. However, dealing with the ""lady"" who answers the phone has always been a challenge. Today was the capper. I had to cancel my prior appointment (approx. 2-3 weeks ago) at the last minute because my mother, who died on June 1, was struggling and needed me. I called them at the last minute to let them know that I could not meet the repair person (Shon) at my house, that I was with my terminally ill mother. The ""lady"" on the phone said, ""thanks for the advance notice - CLICK!""
