Mike (the owner?) is scatterbrained and has an issue telling you the whole truth. Says things like ""ill get you the rest of the month free if you move in this month"" then proceeds to charge you anyhow. Said water sewer and trash are included but turns out to be untrue. He don't seem really have a clue what he's doing and just interested in getting you to sign a lease. I recommend going else where for your rental needs.
