THEIR CONTRACTS ARE BOGAS AND THEY WILL CHEAT YOU 100% OF THE TIME!!!!Frank Saccone and Harry Burnard have been aiding a abetting unlicensed and uninsured contractors and subcontractors on Properties which they manage. they indicate that the individuals they place on these properties are licensed and insured and managed by QPM, how ever as an EYE WITNESS ACCOUNT. I know for a fact the group of individual ""handymen"" have been performing scopes of work such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, insulation, acoustical ceilings, masonry, concrete, construction of fire walls, tampering with Fire lines and pendants, roofing... you name it, they have been doing it! all without the proper licenses and insurance, then once they finish the remodeling of commercial and residential units... they lease them to the public, who by which have no idea that the major mechanics of the property have been installed by; yep you guessed it.... handymen.
