I called and got a $187 quote for a hitch install on late model minivan. They told me they'd have to order the hitch and set an appt for the following Tuesday. On Monday they left a message that the hitch would arrive in a week or so and that the price was now $220. I didn't hear from them for 3 weeks and when I finally got through to them (don't even get me started on thie phone system, when it finally picks up it puts you on hold for a full five minutes before transferring you to regional customer care) I asked them to confirm the price they explained it would be another $125 for the wiring (which I asked for in the beginning). At this point, they also told me I'd have to leave my car for 4 hours instead of the original 1 1/2 hours quoted.
