Forget the facilities (which are not that great), this place is a total scam. They will take your money, and find loopholes in the contract to take more than you would ever imagine. They have directly withdrawn $400 out of my bank account, even after I canceled my membership, via fax, which they require. I have been trying to talk with somebody about the mistake, but each gym directs you to the corporate office, and the corporate office never answers the phone....ever. Management at Merriam location said nobody will ever answer the phone at the corporate office, it wil always just go to voicemail. THEY DON""T CALL BACK. If you are considering this GYM, consider yourself stupid.
