Quality instruction at an affordable price with lots of time on the mat to perfect technique. My daughter and I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and family friendly environment. Not to mention we are under Pedro Sauer, who is one of the most technical teachers and is highly respected in the jiu jitsu community. Training here has not only helped me to learn jiu jitsu, but has inspired me to live a much healthier life.
