Both our sons and daughter played at CUSC but we moved our sons as unfortunately the boys junior coaching staff continues to witness a lot of turnover. We enjoyed the youth academy approach, as players were allowed to develop skill/passing technique in a supportive environment rather than being forced into rigid positional play before they had even developed their own soccer identities. The present focus appears to be mainly on Elite players rather than providing across-the-board team technical training.
