These guys are great. All around. Adriana at the office did everything she could to get us into the rental. Our credit was shaky but she worked with us to get everything in order.
And at first things weren't perfect. There was a small hole in the sink and in 1 week the sewer was plugged from when they moved the house on the lot. They ordered us a new sink the next day. And the sewer was dug up and cleared 1 day after we notified them.
That and this neighborhood is great. It's close enough to all retail you'll need, but far enough back to be away from traffic noise and polution. We have had no issues with any noise or rude people. And even enjoyed people stopping by to say hi when we were moving our stuff in. If you want a nice pretty and quiet place to move to come here. If they had issues in the past i can say they have been dealt with. Also like no separate water and sewer bills.
And knowing first hand, people with kids will love Pearland ISD. They helped diagnose my son's dyslexia. Wished I had come here in 2007 instead of the place on O'Day Road!
