Tom was excellent! This was my first home that I had purchased and also a first time buyer in acquiring a 100 year old home and Tom put me at ease. With his extensive knowledge and being very meticulous in his findings it felt very good when he told me my house had ""Good Bones"". I would highly recommend Tom for any house inspection especially with older and historical homes, he was Awesome!
