For the past 1 1/2-2 years, my left knee would give me great pain during and after exercise. It prevented me from jogging and mountain biking, which I used to frequently. Dr. Dundas diagnosed my problem in about 30 seconds! I had overdeveloped the outer quad muscle in my legs and the inner muscles were underdeveloped. Dr. Dundas showed me some exercises to perform to strengthen my legs. I have not had any pains since them and am looking forward to being able to compete again.
