A group of friends went to J Nicole's to celebrate a birthday, and part of our spa experience included us getting pedicures. We got to the room that did accomodate the 3 of us, but only ONE chair worked! Two of us had chairs with no massage, which was very disappointing. This was not mentioned when we booked our appointment, and the staff told us that the chairs had been out of commission for some time. Still, we were charged the regular price! I do want to say, however, that the staff were wonderful, genuinely apologetic for the broken chairs, and did a beautiful job on all our toes. We left a nice tip, but I probably won't return b/c I expect all the service I'm paying for.
