just saw the other review and was quite surprised when I read it. I had the pleasure of using DVRC when my father passed and I found coins among his things. From the moment I walked in they all (including Mr. Hess) could not have been more helpful as well as patient. I even recommended them to a friend not long after and she was also pleased.
