Pool City is nothing but lies and deceit. They promise you the world and deliver nothing but false promises. I would ot deal with this company ever again. Out of 24 BBB complaints 19 were related to service. I filed complaints with the BBB and Attorney General. I also spoke with our family attorney. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people unless you enjoy false promises and horrible customer service. I am shocked these idiots are still in business. Anything they promise GET IT IN WRITING because the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I purchased a Happy Bottom they installed 3/4 of it and the rest of the pool bottom has craters like the moon. They also have actual portions of concrete blocks coming through my liner and a used deck railing around our brand new pool. Heavens sake stay away I can't stress it enough and I won't quit until I get the word everywhere!
