I first called to see if they had the type of food I was interested in. The sales lady was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful - so good points there. We then went over and they were even more helpful in person! I explained what we were trying to do and the manager helped us understand the pros and cons of the various types of foods, and how they'll benefit the dog's health.
