We were delighted to purchase our first Bosch product, the Evolution 800 dishwasher but later found out that we needed a special dishwasher salt product because we have hard water. The Salt was not included with the product and our dealer was not aware of it nor could they tell us where to purchase it. We later contacted Bosch in Houston and spoke with Joe Gonzales who named several local grocery stores, Lowe's and Home Depot stores. After we visited 8 stores with no success in locating the product we determined that Joe didn't know either. He later stated that he would send us a package of the Salt and we have not heard from him since. Needless to say, we will NOT purchase another Bosch product.
