Originally purchased my car here and even though its farther than other MB dealerships for me, I still come here to get serviced. I've been to two other locations (McLean & Germantown) for past purchases & service, but my experience here has been far superior. Any issues I have with my car, they (service agents) cordially take it for inspection.
When my car was still under warranty, I took it to McLean out of convenience, and they tried to charge me for a defective sunroof motor. Eventually they dropped the charge, saying the agent should have told me of the costs prior to taking the car. Ummm... yeah!
