On June 2 I called Capital Air to have my Upstairs AC unit fixed. The problem was it would not cool during the heat of the day. So they sent the service guy out in the morning to fix the issue. He put Freon in the unit. I get home at 1:30 and the upstairs is 84 degrees with kids trying to sleep. I call Capital and they send the same guy back. He does nothing to fix the problem again telling me the unit is fine. So the unit works no better today then yesterday. I called to talk to a manger just to see if they would work with me because I spent $229 dollars for a repair that is still broken. I kept hearing it's to hot to fix the AC unit in Texas but this AC unit just broke. So I called to see why they can't fix the problem and get my money back. The Manager just keep saying I'm sorry sir you see it that way but we fixed the Unit. I feel like if you pay a professional to fix a problem and they have a warranty it should work or I should get my money back for repairs never done.
